Yes and quite honestly its going to be better in PVE in terms of profit/hour due to level 15 jolly roger.

Swordsman 2 is fine as it provides restrain and longer pain barrier. Honestly your choices pre-corsair in the build are yours. Since Corsair c3 will be a standalone class that does what you need it to.

Me personally? Yes more than likely. Swashbuckling to taunt enemies in while silver farming with Jolly Roger. Also 25% hp buff is nothing to sleep on.
