Since relic is not gonna go over level 10 outside of Korea, looks like, what are people supposed to do with an excess breath of power? I have 35,000 breaths of power sitting around

From this week’s patch notes:
“New item [Recipe - Breath of Power (x150)] is added to the Mercenary Badge Shop.”
Apparently it doesn’t bother IMC much… as they seem to think we need MORE.
