I’m new to the game and I’m trying to wrap my head around the game’s both relatively unique and somewhat headache-inducing class system. I’ve found a brief moment of levity in finding my favored 2-handed swords are in game, but I’m at a lost at how to build them; even for a primarily PvE standpoint.
Is it just pure damage critting all the way, sticking to mix of highlander, barbarian, and doppelsoldner? Or are there defensive or speed boosting options available on other classes worth considerations to deviate from the main damage eccentric 2-hander classes. I’m just not sure whether to expect multi-facetness or rigidness of the weapon type; especially with a class system that seems to present highly flexible build choices.
Any experience the playerbase has to offer on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
