Swell scales with both INT/SPR? I was convinced it was just SPR. I will have to read clearly next time.
I find at full INT I use the pots. So I tried different ratios of INT:SPR. It seems that 50 invested SPR is good for Regen. Also, it seems to help your bone pointing, since it is technically a summon.
