With rank 9 it is now possible to go scout3rogue3. And before anything I have to say it is a for fun build.
The only problem is, how compatible with burrow are scout skills? Can someone test this and post a vid?
even if burrow+split arrow works, it is not optimal. split arrow require you to be agile to make bounced arrow hit your main target
