I was completing the NPC Achievement when I reached the Oracle in Klaipeda. I asked her about the top 1 silver area. It showed:
1st: West Siaulie
2nd: Tenet
3rd: Idgaf.
Any thoughts why/how?

You cannot 100% west Siaulie till level 100+ when u hit that u gain access to a special area. I suppose thats the spot where all the silver is coming from.
How much silver per hour at West Siaulie?
