i met a cata who told my tank that my dps is useless and that he doesn’t want to que with me again LMFAOOOOOO
when i told him his build was lowest tier dps imaginable
he then proceeded to say ‘’ havent you ever heard of pvp?!?!
’‘see you from the top of the leaderboards’'
he was proud that he did twice as much damage as my full con tank
i cannot make this ■■■■ up LOOOL

It depends, if you just taunt and defend all time or if you are actually tanking wich means taunt, defend when needed and assist with some damage when possible (yeah, you are not a dps but watch people do all the job behind your shield is not good). If you are just taunt and defend I will hate to do party with you too, if you are assisting with damage then it will be lovely. Now a full con tank… not sure but it sounds pretty bad, I mean where would you need it when you can do most of instances (all of them actually) without tank?

and full con tank is just to make peoples lives really simple
i wouldn’t say you ‘‘need’’ it but alot of people ‘‘want’’ it

You know what, this happened to me too, like few weeks ago in the 100 mission.
I’ve met this cata guy saying he’s the best dpser having all his stats to STR, and he told us we are all useless, so proud of himself and his build.
meanwhile… he died 5X in a row taking the golem’s punch in his balls 
after that told us that his build is for PVP just like in your story, and our tank was laughing at him while all of us never got a scratch besides that cata 
i wonder if its the same guy
cata build for pvp is full con btw. if any1 wanted to know, so basicly pvp cata plays role of tank in pve…
Someday I want to level a 100% con peltasta/squire support / taunt tank. Just so I can laugh at things trying to kill me.
