Never had this problem, but yeah those instructions are pretty vague.
No replies from support / tickets / emails. been 5 days since i am off from TOS

Can you list what did you already tried to do in attempt to fix this issue?

If you wish to appeal this decision, please send an email to tossupport@imc.co.kr with your server and team name and it will be extensively re-examined.
i spoke with the Gm’s already for this issue, which i was false banned and my accounts was lifted. but after they fixed that situation, this new problem comes up. i guess im so close too playing again
