I’m going to put out an honest suggestion–if you want IMC to notice and do something about these issues, stop playing the game out of protest. Keep trolling the forum/website to see if they notice…or care…that players aren’t being heard and are ceasing their play. They obviously don’t care about the forum, so do something you know they’ll see–decrease their daily player count.

Of all things, this is what really annoys me the most with them. Even tagging the staff rarely works, and if it does it’s almost always the robot response.
Hey IMC, you need a community manager who actually plays the game as well to understand what’s happening.
If you want, f*cking hire me to work for you just a day each week to dig through the forum, compile and report to you everything you need for every weekly Q&A and upcoming maintenance.

Which I think is honestly Nexon holding back ToS on the lines of their own game and recurrent sub versions. Their Korean games always
seem superior no matter the game and I believe it’s something in the contract of signing with Nexon that squishes everyone else.

I browsed around a fair bit, but most of those questions on Q&A i don’t recall seeing or seem relevant at all. Are they just answering questions that they aren’t afraid to answer? They can do some good atleast. Thanks for the stat reset potion.

They picked these question or invented them for a rather simple reason.
They got no idea how to answer so relevant questions, so they try to keep up a failed image of a good game.
More possibilities: No english language ability, no understanding how a game should really be run.
