Really appreciate you guys for the weekly Q&A.

Not hoping to turn this into a QQ thread, I’m kind of interested where do you find these Qs for the weekly Q&A? If you have a pool of Qs do kindly tell us where we can Q (queue) our Qs so that they can appear as Qs in the next Q&A.

In the beginning the Qs are right on spot where they address what everyone wants to listen. But over the past month the Qs give off the vibe that you are avoiding the major topics of discussion that are in the forums for weeks. Let’s call them subQs… any chance of upgrading these subQs to the ones that the community genuinely care about?

I’m going to put out an honest suggestion–if you want IMC to notice and do something about these issues, stop playing the game out of protest. Keep trolling the forum/website to see if they notice…or care…that players aren’t being heard and are ceasing their play. They obviously don’t care about the forum, so do something you know they’ll see–decrease their daily player count.

Do we really need to spoonfed IMC everything so they know what’s not right with the game? Jesus.

Of all things, this is what really annoys me the most with them. Even tagging the staff rarely works, and if it does it’s almost always the robot response.

Hey IMC, you need a community manager who actually plays the game as well to understand what’s happening.

If you want, f*cking hire me to work for you just a day each week to dig through the forum, compile and report to you everything you need for every weekly Q&A and upcoming maintenance.

Spoonfeed, no. But we should definitely spam the crap out of them in the case of knowing what’s the problem with partying. As far as I know it should just be a simple parameter fix. It’s just that trolls don’t really care since there’s no reprocussions unless you become flavorful like PrinceMark.

Which I think is honestly Nexon holding back ToS on the lines of their own game and recurrent sub versions. Their Korean games always seem superior no matter the game and I believe it’s something in the contract of signing with Nexon that squishes everyone else.

While there maybe be a lot of trolls and shitposting happening here, there are also valuable info that they can get to make their game better.

If they were really listening, it should reflect in the Q&As.

More like they’ve read but not a single fk was given to any of the relevant Q&As by any of the imc authorities. so yeah in the end we are fked as usual.:cry:
Mainly a developer company, tries to be greedy and hosts a game by themselves but fail to follow or handle issues like any other publisher does in terms of customer services. Disgusting :rage:

I browsed around a fair bit, but most of those questions on Q&A i don’t recall seeing or seem relevant at all. Are they just answering questions that they aren’t afraid to answer? They can do some good atleast. Thanks for the stat reset potion.

Back to topic:

They picked these question or invented them for a rather simple reason.
They got no idea how to answer so relevant questions, so they try to keep up a failed image of a good game.

More possibilities: No english language ability, no understanding how a game should really be run.

These are really good questions that addresses the concern of the community. Really appreciate the effort done by IMC here.

I really hope more can be done (at least) to address some other concerns is is experienced by a majority of the community here.
