Same than @Erokhi, it was laggy yesterday, but now it is comfortable to browse the forum without any annoying latency. (1 - 2 seconds)

Good speed in Italy now, some hours ago it was very laggy and slow
It’s OK here in the Philippines, it’s a little slow, but that could just be my connection 
It’s great, I currently have nothing to complain about here in germany.
There’s actually little to no lag now, so whatever you guys did (if anything) worked just right.

I agree with @YuushaExa, I use digitalocean and members from all over the world don’t have much of a ping issue with them. But for webhosting.
I’m sure the Amazon AWS server is also meant for server hosting which I don’t know if digital ocean would be the better choice with.
My response time is very fast from East Coast USA.
