Weapon trancendance calc

A. (weapon atk + anvil enhancement + weapon maintenance) * transcend
or
B. (weapon atk * transcend) + anvil enhancement + weapon maintenance
or
???

I think it’s B. Since gems, anvil enhancement, as well as weap. maintenance do not affect transcendence anymore. ( So it’s like Weapon Atk + Transcend Percentage ) + Those other things.
