So I’m thinking of getting the 1 handed spear, Zega spear, which gives me +2 on all hoplite skills. I was wondering tho, if i switched to another weapon, a 2H spear, will i retain the +2 buff on skills (+2 on finestra for the 100% up time).
Short answer: no
Long answer: if that were true, you could get +4 skills by using another zega spear in the other swap slot. But you’d still have 100% uptime if you swap to zega spear, buff up, then swap back.
i have tried it by now. It works. I retain the buff ( the stats and duration ) when i swap to another spear. I havent tried it with swapping to a 2H spear tho.
Interesting point there. Swapping to another zega. But that would be alot of money wasted.
gonna be keeping the zega for now and until the later lvls. +2 on the finestra is great. Almost lasts as long as the cd.
