Looking for a response or any indication anything is being done.
Literal months of slaving over solmiki 40f, back when solmiki was daily and the obnoxious 4th floor 5 man check-ins, waking up at close to reset so I can match my other party members who are overseas timezone. Just to obtain this bow skin. 200m+ in re rolls back when silver was hard as hell to obtain. Close to a year of prepping and fighting velcoffer upgrade RNG so I can have my bow skinned with. Just so I can lose it for some random bug reason? Frankly I don’t understand how this mix up could have happened as I had exchanged my weapon prior to skinning it. There should have been absolutely no reason why my UNEXCHANGABLE velcoffer bow would have it’s skin removed.
I would like this issue looked into, and my solmiki bow as well as the weapon appearance material used to skin it returned to me.
