Magas mace/sword seems like a strong option as well.

I’m currently using Fedimian Mace. Is Arde Dagger more important saving up for than the maces? My total net worth is like 300k or 500k with the talts, and I’m wearing the cheapest decent stuff you can get D:

Arde or Ledas shield are awesome on monks.
You should get a cheap sword as well, for the Slashing damage bonus, and swap between it and the mace.
Note that Double Punch with 1 point invested and no attribute bonus is not going to deal significantly more damage than auto attack with blessing + sacrament + cafrisun + arde.
