Assuming I can only afford 2 Practoniums, should I do Windia Rod + Lionhead Shield or get a Regard Horn Staff and then get the defensive stats from head costumes?

the staff gives much better damage if you transcend it, only get the orange staff if you plan on getting T5+, otherwise stick with purple rod and shield. You might have trouble farming the antennae by yourself with an scr.
If you don’t want to invest more money into the weapon and just Gems + wepaon, best option is Vienarazi Mace, if you wanna transcend and upgrade, best way is Regard horn staff
