aufgowle bow becomes untrade able item, can not store it in team storage after traded from my friends(both of us had token buff enabled)
is there a new rule? because i play it from time to time not always(once in a month)
now it stuck in my swordman char
it costs around 14m, i won’t let this go 'til i find out what happenedl. plus i’m not a player who plays this game everyday(once in a month), so 14m is mean a lot to me
where did you get that bow? craft or trade from other people or buy from market? When you got that bow, did you have token online?
my friend bought it from the market and then traded to me.
we both had token buff enabled. it still has potential left
then you should pm STAFF directly. I haven’t heard any case that item becomes untradable even when having Token online. Also pls note that if you or your friend has token but out of trade count or it is event token (7 days), item still becomes untradable.
Yeah, you or your friend was probably using an event token, it warns you when you try to trade, did you not read the giant popup message when you try to hit confirm? Have you and your friend check your remaining trades, you mouse over your token buff to see it.
If you got no such message then something out of your control happened, try submitting a ticket.
