First of, no, i won’t call it ‘SA’ when it have stayed for over 95% of it’s uptime in North America. It just doesn’t make sense.
On the last GM-meeting ‘event’ - which shouldn’t be an event, an special date, btw, it should be done frequently, atleast once a month - GM Peach and GM Perius? Darius? came to talk to us, players from [NA]Silute.
And one of the topics that i mentioned myself was about their plans to bring Silute to SA. Tired of these nonsense “there’s no prevision for that”, i started to poke Peach about that. Until something like that came out:
“Since the service [provider] that we have contracted can’t host the server in SA, we can’t do anything about it.”
It was something like that, if anyone could tell me the specific phrase, i’d be really grateful.
Not only that, but when i mentioned that they should, then, look for another service [provider] to host it in SA, THE STAFF ACTED LIKE IT WAS A BRILLIANT IDEA, while it should have been the most obvious step to take. GM Peach said that s/he would take note of this suggestion (shouldn’t it be kind of mandatory and obvious?).
I completely understand that when we act rude towards the staff we are “punishing” the wrong person, but that’s the ONLY way that we can reach you, since you guys only answer to the threads that you want to, and also a bad behavior from a community, in a GM-meeting, should be treated as an ‘unhappy costumer’ - which in case that you guys aren’t aware of that, it’s our case.
So PLEASE, IMC we beg you for what you should have done ages ago and that is no more than your job, PLEASE treat the server relocation as a priority. It should have atleast the same priority as bugs, even because ping/lag spikes can generate them, sometimes.
