We need more players

What they really need to do is just every time after patch/update they should send a GM to spend 1-2 hrs on a server. Ask people around for any kinds of bugs and concern then immediately post (on their website/forum) an acknowledgement post about said recent bugs or concerns. They might take a few days or a week to fix said bug but posting an acknowledgement alone has huge psychological benefits from the players. Most reason why players come to the forum on ragequitting is that their problems are sometime ignored (or probably the devs. knows but did not bother to post anything about it) sometimes posting an apology for the delays is better than not posting anything at all.

You’re completely correct on the positive impressions that acknowledgement of issues gives the players. There are some really longstanding problems in this game, too. For example, I just started playing again last week after having last played iCBT2, and have seen a few of the same bugs that were around in beta, such as the diagonal movement head spazzing. If IMC is limited to a small team of devs to work on this game and they have higher priority issues, they could at least make that clear. That way people could at least understand WHY so many things have gone unaddressed for so long.
