I’m brazilian.
I played all 2 ICBT and also played the KR.
When I played in the Korean server my ping was 350 with WTF.
I paid the pack of 90 finding that the ping is between 100 ~ 150.
But I’m playing with 350 ~ 400 ping.
Brazil wants a Latin one server.
Please help the Brazilian community.
I like competitive games but with 350 ping is impossible to play.
Please help us, we love Tree of Savior, more play so it is impossible.

Im also from Brazil (near Sao Paulo). My ping to Dallas is 150ms minimun, and i have a dedicated private corporate connection, which is pretty much the best thing you can get around here. In light of this I find it hard for you to believe in a 100ms ping from Brazil to EUA unless you live in Manaus (which is physically closer to the server).
However anything above 200ms is either your ISP’s fault (try testing with other network providers), or its an issue with the game server itself. At the moment I believe the later is more likely, since everyone is seeing huge lag spikes.
But in regards to the Latin server, they already anounced there will be one in the future in partnership with LUG. But that will only happen after they completely localize the game to portuguese, which should take awhile.
EU, got 400~600 ms too.
Anyone outside USA = can’t progress normally.

Why do you guys keep asking for this? IMC has a partnership with Level up! games to release the game in Brazil\LA later down the road. They WILL NOT open LA servers because they are already under contract with LUG to release a server there.
Don’t complain here, go contact Level up! games.
Cause no one want play in with Level up dude, its a ■■■■ company.

IMC, we have a request for you.
We see those days you guy’s create servers for each region.
We REALLY need a server with the LATIN region. We dont want (I guess I can talk for everyone from here) a server from level up.
You guy’s told us in the future, sell cash (TP) from steam, and we really have bad situation’s with LUG (LevelUP Games).
I guess with all the time and all the players we have in LATIN we can ask for a dedicated server latin. With ping’s 350 ~ 400. It’s almost impossible to play like Julio and other friend’s say’s.
Please if you guy’s can, make this LATIN server.

Funny how are spoken in the world of equality, globalization, and in a game we see so much anger and prejudice toward some nations, but I am in favor of a Latin server, after all we are a lot whether you want to or not, but we have the same right to play in a lower ping, as well as the European server, Sea and others to come, but in every nation have the stupid and ignorant who find fun in ruin other people’s fun, I urge the ladies and gentlemen who do not want help please be quiet no need to post at all if I have nothing good to say just stay silent just … I bet you did not see much of the community of other nations criticizing the claims of other servers each have the right to fight for their flag and up to us we respect. - more than 20% of all ToS players on steam are Brazilians (according to steam spy as of 5 april 2016), and if you sum all of Latin America it goes over 25%
- The best connection possible (high speed fiber Embratel) in Sao Paulo still has 155ms ping to Dallas. Which means a lot of people with lesser connections or living south have over 250ms ping
- The international version of the game is out now, so it makes no sense for us who want to pay and play it have to wait one year (could be more) for LUG’s and be stuck in a bad portuguese translation, specially for spanish speakers
- SEA has their own server, even though there’s already a Korean server close by, so we ask you not for a Brazilian server (which would be LUGs), but for a Latin server for all of us in South America
- Opening up a Latin server would relieve stress from other servers, since most of us will transfer to it, and as stated above, we represent 25% of the active population
- All of us who have already bought early access have an account on steam, which does accepts BRL currency (and Im guessing the same happens for other countries in LA as well), so there’s no reason to have another intermediate
- A lot of NA players dislike playing with brazilians or non english speakers in general. And as sad as this is, this fact won’t change just because we would want it to. So just give us our own zone where we won’t suffer from xenophoby
