I’m tired of being rejected from the server and tired of the constant issues with connection and so many problems that we have to deal with since the server opened in Klaipeda and after the transfer to Silute. I wanted to write this, and sorry if my english is not good but i’m making a great effort trying to express how i feel about this situation.
I’m an student in my last year of university and I have to work for pay my stuff, part of my studies and for eat. So, there isn’t to much money for entertaining, but with my girlfriend who lives with me, we decided to invest in our free time and have fun playing Tree of Savior because we enjoy a lot the game. I payed, almost 50 dollars for buying the founders pack for her, her little brother who lives in other region and me. ¡Cool! We said, but then we noticed that every single day there is a problem in the game. I’m so pissed off because I PAYED FOR A SERVICE AND WE ARE NOT HAVING A SINGLE THING THAT YOU OFFER, AND THAT IS SO ****** WRONG. When you go to the market you buy food and you have you food, when you pay for a good you got your stuff but you IMC, YOU IMC you ain’t give us a ****, and that is unrespectful for the people who work, for the people who study, for the people, boys, kids, youngers who ask for ther fathers to pay the game and YOU ARE DISSAPOINTING US. You knew! You knew that you game was going to make a lot of demand and know you are overloaded of people in your server and you didn’t made a plan for this situation. And you are giving us and EXP TOME AND DUNGEON INSTANCE TICKET??? Is that a joke??? COME ON IMC you can do it better or are you too afraid of giving some respect to the people or losing money??? YOUR PLAYERS ARE TIRED AND USERS ESPECIALLY FROM SOUTHAMERICA ARE TIRED.
Put you **** together for once at all and first, you have to give BETTER COMPENSATION BECAUSE YOU DON’T COMPENSATE A **** with those items it’s a joke, and please you really need to talk between people on the staff because you are doing a really bad job, why did you take a enormous work and tasks that can’t really handle??? And second, please, can you answer the request on the SA connection problem post, there’s no staff giving explanation or at least saying hi. What is that? You owe us where you are know, SO PLEASE SHOW US SOME RESPECT AND STOP WASTING OUR TIME TRYING TO PLAY.
