We don't want EXP tome and Dungeon tickets for compensation!

I’m tired of being rejected from the server and tired of the constant issues with connection and so many problems that we have to deal with since the server opened in Klaipeda and after the transfer to Silute. I wanted to write this, and sorry if my english is not good but i’m making a great effort trying to express how i feel about this situation.

I’m an student in my last year of university and I have to work for pay my stuff, part of my studies and for eat. So, there isn’t to much money for entertaining, but with my girlfriend who lives with me, we decided to invest in our free time and have fun playing Tree of Savior because we enjoy a lot the game. I payed, almost 50 dollars for buying the founders pack for her, her little brother who lives in other region and me. ¡Cool! We said, but then we noticed that every single day there is a problem in the game. I’m so pissed off because I PAYED FOR A SERVICE AND WE ARE NOT HAVING A SINGLE THING THAT YOU OFFER, AND THAT IS SO ****** WRONG. When you go to the market you buy food and you have you food, when you pay for a good you got your stuff but you IMC, YOU IMC you ain’t give us a ****, and that is unrespectful for the people who work, for the people who study, for the people, boys, kids, youngers who ask for ther fathers to pay the game and YOU ARE DISSAPOINTING US. You knew! You knew that you game was going to make a lot of demand and know you are overloaded of people in your server and you didn’t made a plan for this situation. And you are giving us and EXP TOME AND DUNGEON INSTANCE TICKET??? Is that a joke??? COME ON IMC you can do it better or are you too afraid of giving some respect to the people or losing money??? YOUR PLAYERS ARE TIRED AND USERS ESPECIALLY FROM SOUTHAMERICA ARE TIRED.

Put you **** together for once at all and first, you have to give BETTER COMPENSATION BECAUSE YOU DON’T COMPENSATE A **** with those items it’s a joke, and please you really need to talk between people on the staff because you are doing a really bad job, why did you take a enormous work and tasks that can’t really handle??? And second, please, can you answer the request on the SA connection problem post, there’s no staff giving explanation or at least saying hi. What is that? You owe us where you are know, SO PLEASE SHOW US SOME RESPECT AND STOP WASTING OUR TIME TRYING TO PLAY.

And their big awesome super team didn’t have preview that something like that could happen? No boy i don’t buy that.

De que mierda estas hablando lol? Alguna vez has dado un servicio online? HASTA LEAGUE OF LEGENDS se cae cuando hay DDOS. Sinceramente informate y deja de hablar mierda, gracias.

PD: Ni se para q te vas al server br donde hay mas lag en todo caso :v

What the ■■■■ are you talking about? Have you ever hosted any online service? Even LOL goes down to DDOS attacks. Inform yourself before talking ■■■■ about stuff you dont know, ty.

Parece que tienes problemas de comprensión lectora, ¿leíste el título y la idea central de lo que estoy tratando de decir? Viejo ellos están entregando un servicio que nosotros pagamos, ellos tienen problemas para entregar el servicio, se han disculpado un montón de veces y nos han rogado paciencia semana tras semana y nos compensan con objetos que en realidad no compensan absolutamente nada. A mi me cuesta ganarme el dinero, no sé tu viejo pero a mi cansa sentir que no me ofrecen el servicio que pague, si no es tu situación al menos sé empático con la gente que se esfuerza para poder darse estos lujos que para tí, pareciera que te da lo mismo que te metan el dedo en el culo, a mí no y estoy seguro que a mucha gente por lo que leído tampoco les da lo mismo. Además league of legends es un juego gratuito, es radicalmente diferente.

A ver… creo que el que no sabe leer eres tu xD. El commanderloadfail de klaipedia no duro mucho, luego de eso no hubo mucho problema con el tos. Si no podias jugar x lag o cualquier cosa es algo de tu region. Lo de SA ha pasado hace poco, y ya han hecho un anuncio acerca de eso. No se que otro tipo de respuesta quieres. Literalmente han dicho “sabemos que pasa eso, es debido a ataques DDOS y estamos trabajando en eso. Por el momento, porfavor mandenos un ticket con su direccion IP”.

PD: Di el ejemplo de LOL xq es uno de los juegos que mas $$$ gana(y tiene), y aun así es susceptible a ataques DDOS.

Sorry por romperte la burbuja, pero nada es perfecto… mucho menos un juego online donde participan miles de personas, y no todos con las mismas intenciones…

Lo principal que estoy diciendo es que las compensaciones son pésimos, en comparación a la cantidad de dinero que han ganado ellos con las compras de founder’s pack. El resto ya se sabe, el servicio ha sido pésimo, he jugado en un muchos servidores de otros juegos, antiguos y también otros que recién se han estado estrenando como ToS y ninguno ha mostrado tantos problemas como ToS. Pero el punto central son las compensaciones el título mismo lo dice, yo sé que todos los juegos tienen problemas y ha pasado tiempo desde que empezó esto y la experiencia ha sido pésima y el servicio intermitente. Viejo soy cliente y estoy en todo mi derecho a reclamar y a que se me lea.

Cual te gustaria que fuera la compensacion? TP? Estan dando lo mejor en mi opinion lol, dungeon reset es lo mas OP que existe.

I can’t read what you are saying. The grammar, sentence structure and spelling is god awful. What I get from this you are pissed off about downtimes. Well why are you complaining on the English servers? It is a Korean game. Go there!
I actually like getting exp tomes and dungeon tickets as opposed to nothing. What you are asking for is not going to happen. It is a destructive post. If you keep this attitude I am actually glad that you might be leaving as a player.
