We already have 5 people in a match but we didnt get into the dungeon, Can anyone help?

Hello everyone, so there is one issue that really bothers me alot.
Most of the time when I recuit for a dungeon, I waited for a while.
And when I finally got 5 people in the match, it doesn’t send us into the dungeon directly. The time is still counting and we are still waiting even though we are already full of 5 people. This happens like 3/5 times and it is really annoying!

Can anyone please tell me why is this happening???

I don’t know if this is a bug or some rule in this game?
sorry im new.

If the lowest level and highest level character have a gap level >15, I think the queue will not work.

it will still work but there will be exp penalty if >20 level so I think this is not the reason. I tested and I figured out that this is a bug because it is resolved if i switch to another channel. But who knows when will it happened again so imc need to fix this bug since it is really annoying.

Queue does work, but with increasing lvl gap, you will have to wait some time before the system lets you in. Worst case is probably a 200+ queueing for the 50 dungeon. I highly doubt a run will ever start with that player.

If that is not causing the problem, then I got only one assumption: You have been IMC’ed.

As i understand it, its the dungeon queue system that sucks.
it works something like:
240 dungeon
player 1: lv 240
player 2,3,4,5; lv270+

they won’t make a team

IMC should really change this

I think ya’ll are misunderstanding OP. It works like this: You queue up and you finally get 5 people into your party (you know, those cute li’l circles with figures in it). However, even though the queue system should now recognize you as a full party, the dungeon refuses to start. Instead, the timer continues and nothing happens, even though five people came together.
This has happened to me too, but it occurs on a very rare basis. I had it happen on mission queue recently. It’s frustrating. All I can say is - quality coding.

Hmmm, now that you mentioned it, i recall two different scenarios:

  1. what i’ve posted
  2. what you said. that happens to me sometimes too, but most of the time… it just loads soooooooooo slow. some people take this as a disconnection so they force disconnect, then the queued party will revert back to queueing due to lack of party members

There are 2 possibilities:

  1. There are no free channels. Never encountered this one with queue, but that’s possible. You will probably enter as soon as resource becomes available.
  2. The queue bugged. For example, yesterday when I queued for 290 dungeon we had 2 parties: 1st showed 4/5 and 2nd showed 5/5 but they still couldn’t enter. I know the second party was bugged and there wasn’t really 5 players because there were 7 players on both channels (and also 7 players queued). Nothing to do about this case, your best option is leave and rejoin the queue.
