WBR only gives 40k merc badge even with boost

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. PLay wbr
2. Accumulate over 7b dmg
3. Receive reward
4. 40k merc badge

Does this mean players that don’t have the boost receives ZERO badges?
Or is it a bug?
Or am i missing something?
