So it’s a new morning over 24 hours after I received my first certificate the previous day, and I talked to the golden mercenary NPC next to the event board, then talked to all the available /Golden Note npcs and none of them gave me a certificate. Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: Nevermind, found it. Didn’t realize it was an option rather than automatically given.
