it’s annoying the hell out of me, i don’t need the system to spam me obvious notices, i don’t need to know that you’re sending a notice to my party member that i started the party queue.

Addons are your friend. Soecifically “■■■■ System Message” or “ChatExtends,” both of which offer the ability to confine system messages to the “All” tab.
