You used to be able to put HTML tags in memo as well. What amazed me is that no nudes showed up during that time.
you still can, it was never fixed. the only thing thats been done about html codes is a couple innocent poor souls were perm banned by staff_max because some arrogant BR reported them on forum and accused them of hacking.
Its def still around. I saw some items that had Goddess fanart on em. I thought they were cute. Not 2mil silver cute though.
