Wasted run on dungeons if you get disconnected

you should put a return button so u wont waste a run in dungeons. some dont have good internet connection to the server even if he has best internet in his/her country. Just saying cuz someone i know quit already cuz of that disconnection on dungeon and u cant return cuz u wasted 2nd run because u got disconnected even after u just entered.

But they do have a return button… Re-Enter auto match making something something…

how to re enter? i can’t seem to see that button only enter, search party and do not enter buttons.

Its either the run wouldn’t count or your party mates decided to boss rush, ended it, and you didn’t make it in time. Unless there’s a new bug that I’m not aware of.

but we just entered and i cant re enter unless i waste my other run… and it wasn’t a boss rush because we were grinding…

i used search party and didn’t made a party outside dungeon…

Sometimes in match made parties, if they lack players, they sometimes go and decide to boss rush, because waiting and or grinding alone with just 3-4 players (especially without healer and/or dps) takes too much time(double or triple the time to finish than with a complete team). It could also be equivalent to losing a dungeon run due to the time limit. So if cases like these happen, people go for boss rushing. Might as well get the cube right?

Other than that, If it didn’t take you guys long to login, it could possibly be a bug.

A few days ago we had a similar problem:
My group went in at the same time. Upon entering, even before the instance gave the “start!” message, we all got disconnected, resulting in the instance being closed and us wasting a run.

Possible solution:
-as long as the party exists (at least a single person remains in the party reagardless of their online/offline status) instances should remain open for 5 minutes, even if all players of the party left the instance/disconnected. Only if no players of the party are present in the instance for more than 5 minutes the instance should be closed.
-the usual “60 seconds after boss kill the instance will be closed”-feature remains.

That means even if a party has a full disconnect they should have ~4 minutes and 59 seconds to have at least one player of the party reconnect and re-enter the instance to keep the instance open.
