Does the attribute Mastema: Phantom Pain scales with Mastema base damage?
I mean… do I need to have Mastema LV10 in order to cause more damage with the attribute?

Yes, it’s something like 60-70% of mastema’s first hit.

No, it increases the stats debuff only.
