Is this class really mandatory for a wiz3>elem3 build?
It’s GREAT but not mandatory.
You can get Runecaster instead, so you will have both Meteor and Rune of Destruction.
Sadly one of the qualities these two skills have in similar is not being very useful.
Fairly strong yes, but way too long cd.
Too long cd yes
But the damage isnt really impressive for its long cd
Cannon + DT has way lower CD and does more dmg
Though theyre a rank 7 class but still …

Or go for sorc1/2 instead
