War with NoblesseOblige ended an hour ago and I am still unable to set neutrality, I get this error message when I try to tick the box:
Anyone else with the same issue?

that war list must be empty.
war break is also count as war time.

7 day cooldown AFTER The war ends.
seriously, this was even in the announcement.
Sorry if I missed this announcement, i can’t find it anywhere, unless you mean this:
F. 7 days must pass in order to change the guild status from ‘Neutral’.
In which case, the wording is rather ambiguous and indicates more that you have to wait 7 days to disable the neutrality status once it has been activated.
