YaY this is a Grinding GAME Welcome to Hell
IDIOT~
I only have one thing to say to that:
You sir are full of ■■■■.
There are tons of grind spots scattered around so if you actually quested up to 200 you are not that interested in grinding as you make it out to be.
Density pre level 50 is insane so you can just whack what you like and do mainquest only for stat points straight into lvl 50 dungeon, which you do 3 times and then grind spot 1 awaits.
Chapel, Royal Mauso Constructor, royal mausoleum, sicarius, magetower 5f etc. You can easily go grind to your hearts contents.
(Only SWG grind was alpha jedi and that wasn’t as much of a grind more a blind leveling)
And you can easily go quest/dungeon to your heart’s content. Leveling is best done with mostly quests early and mostly grinding late. That’s all there is to it. You can level purely with quests/dungeons, and you can level purely with grinding, but neither is efficient.
Nah I love grinding tbh
I would prefer to see a variation of grind. After the apparition event in the constructor chapel there is nothing of that kind anymore - which is sad.
If you are a diev you look forward to this spot - if you are something weaker you will pass it by questing. This difference is what I like and feel should be encouraged.
Lategame grinding is just running circles into channelswap and all hell breaks lose when several groups do the same. This is boring for pretty much anyone. You just run and cant find monsters because someone else does it aswell and a single party basically needs the density of 3 channels.
See not everything has to be quest, not everything has to be grind - but the developers aren’t interested in unique and cool content.
How about a dungeon that has 10 levels with a porter only to the first level and surviving maybe wavestyle level 10 is hard but simply a bit more rewarding than e.g. grinding lvl 9.
Grinding needs to change from full speed - stop/dps - full speed to many different variants to be attractive to a broader audience.
With your mentality I guess you don’t have enough imagination to “overwrite” this non-existing quests with some fantastic plot of your own? Stop whining - grow a pair …
And some ppl actually use their brains at work and want to relax afterwards in game doing “mindless mob killing”. But i guess you don’t use yours very often and want to stretch your brain cells in front of the game (?) - go back to school …
I used my saved up EXP cards to get from 168 to 186. :^)
Late game, best game !
Plz imc, give us back old respawn rate and make some maps/areas high density !
Seriously this “Wall of no EXP” doesn’t exists, I had no problems from level 160-180, there are still grind spots, they are kinda slower than the boring dungeons, but it’s still solid EXP.
This forum is so whiny, everyone is complaining about random sh’t. /sigh
it’s not even random, it’s basically all the same:
“this game should be more like a previous game i used to play, but got bored of and quit!”
(because if you no longer play the old game, that’s definitely what they should copy right? something proven to not keep your attention…)
I wonder what peoples are smoking? It must be some pretty good stuff.
Grinding XP, Grinding Dungeon, Grinding Quests, Grinding Items Drop, Grinding World Bosses, Grindings Rare Monster Spawn.
Is there something in this game that isn’t grinding? In fact name me a game where you don’t grind anything? Heck even in single players RPG I grind stuff.
Grind = Live.
You even grind in real life, you just don’t realize it
Actually many MMO rely most oftenly on grinding QUESTS - and most of them get boring really fast. On the other hand games relying on grinding (mob killing) - gets to keep their fans much longer (eg. Diablo2/3, Lineage2).
And btw. why would anyone play MMO games with quests in mind (which are 99% flat/boring). If I want to play the game and exp. great quests/plot I choose single player games (eg. Pillars of Eternity, Torment, Baldurs Gate, Gothic, Witcher, KOTOR, NWN and so on). The biggest + of MMO’s is socializing with different players, PvP and getting fun grinding solo and with parties.
it just your opinion that grind is suck
grinding give you more exp than doing a dungeon if you’re grinding in the right place right time
and thing i love about grinding is it give me a shet load of money
Yep, those are the crappy quests. Not different from grinding.
It can easily be replaced by those vibora missions.
When I meant quests, It means the good ones, story driven with possible a dificult boss at the end.
But I do believe you understood what I meant.
Maybe I’m missing something here… Or maybe my chars are still not high enough levels yet, 153 and 117… But I have never needed to grind, not even once… At what levels do we need to start grinding?
Tbh, I’m a little tired of running all over the world doing quests but grinding doesn’t seem to give better exp… Looking forward to a little bit of grind and chilling with people while doing that… That’s prolly why I stopped my bokor at 153… Kinda boring to run around questing alone…
I don’t save exp cards at all and I catch up with the quests/map levels…
Not sure what this fuss is about…
Oh, I don’t do dungeons or missions… Just questing all the way…
at 160 ish if you didn’t save your 7 and 8 cards. If you did you probably only have to start grinding at like 220+ when you start out lvling the content in the game lol.
Oh! That doesn’t sound too bad! I should prolly persevere with my bokor~
Hmm… I haven’t even start getting lvl7 cards yet… Thanks for the tip!
I prefer free grinding to quest grinding, with free grinding i don’t have to follow a predetermined schedule and that’s a big thing for me.
