Waiting for patches - what moneymaker class is the best?

I’m waiting for Swordsman updates… preferably the ones from kToS like Skyliner and Cleave buff.

Until then, I may as well make a money-maker class like a Pardoner, Alchemist or sigh Squire.

I’ve considered Sword > Pelt > Hop C3 > Cor C2 for Jolly Roger (or Cor C1 and Doppel | Dragoon, or -1 rank of Hop to get both), but that involves actually playing the game. I kinda just want to soak money for attributes/etc.

What do you guys recommend? Which class yields more money out the gate? I’d assume Pardoner since potions prices keep dropping, but I don’t really know ^o.o^

Pardoner doesn’t make too much money, consider 50% tax

no-profit no-loss margin is

50 Aspersion x10 (500) - 1k
20 Blessing x10 (200) - 400
35 Sacrament x10 (350) - 700

most people sell:
Aspersion - 1050, 25 profit
Blessing - 600, 100 profit
Sacrament - 800, 50 profit

Level 10 concentrated HP potions have dropped to 440-500 silver

Level 10 concentrated SP potions vary between 700-1000 silver.

I’m currently not a token user, so placing a stack of those potions would only yield .7 times the result of the sale, plus I’d have to consider tax and actually obtaining the supplies en masse.

The only other option aside from that is Squire or just making a bee-hunter Corsair if potion money yield is low.

What would you recommend? ^o.o^

there is no good way to make money, IMC is constantly nerfing silver gain… best method used to be doing 200 dungeon speed runs but since they nerfed the selling price of alot of the recipes

You could also consider getting a low budget class, like chaplain.

Oh yeah I’m not really counting on dungeons for money.

I do remember Jolly Roger giving some decent money, especially when proccing it on Elites… but that was during iCBT2 and they may have nerfed Jolly Roger silver proc gains. Plus I kinda want to just soak money by leaving a character to NPC stuff while offline so I can get other things done :3

I’ve been selling Aspersion for 900. Have I been losing money? I thought it’s:

50 aspersion x 10 = 500 cost

So if I sell for 900 I profit 900-500 = 400. After 50% tax I’ll receive 200 silver.

How is Chaplain profitable?

The question is about making money, not budgeting money with a class I don’t really care much about X3… but if there’s a way to make money as Chaplain, I’m all ears :3

Plus, considering the way I like to play quietly and without responding to whispers, I’d probably be mistaken as a bot if I rolled Chaplain X3

Chaplains can easily meltdown mobs at low cost for gears and consumables. Chaplain is a pretty decent money-maker for active gameplay, you can also play oracle on top of it if you like gambling a bit.

I have made 2m in 2 weeks with my squire shop

What level Squire are you, and what are your rates? :3

50 aspersion x10 = 500, now if you sell for 1000, you get your money back because if someone buys it for 1000, you get 500. so yes you’re losing silver if you sell for less than 1k

most of your gains are from blessing

Before and after an aspersion purchase from someone, I sell at 1050, I gain 525~ profit is 25

QS3 with SR to farm mobs for items or make many lvl 200 alts to rush dungeon

Squire C3 becomes a lot profitable when you sell for cheap(180/star) and yes only if you’re C3. Everyone starts referring to you. Competition may come sooner or later though

I am c2 no intention of c3 if you choose to fo on channel 1 you will never make money to much competition. Channels 3-5 is where i stay i charge almost double what the channel 1 shops do but i have the same regulars always coming back

Yeah for Squires who aren’t C3 you really have to avoid competition and find a good area

Even if i dont make much money 1m over every 2 weeks is still alright when not playing or on alts… I make more just farming can easily get some mith ore or some recipies farming to make a few M a day

Fyi i also charge 285 on my repairs but my shop name clearly states they come with love ;). Just have a funny or cute name and make the shop name the same every single time and people will buy

On klai. tokens are around 360-400k minimum.

You can get a minimum of 15k per day from dungeon runs with talt alone, not including monster drops.

If you can solo the level 50 dungeon, you can make a good bit more per run from what users have said.

Get your 400-ishK.

Get a token.

During this time save all drops that sell on the market for over 20k.

NPC everything else.

Get your token.

Start selling crap, with only a 10% fee.

Build a character for farming/crafting/whatever.

Gear said character out, you should have at least some money coming in every 2 days from constantly putting crap on the market.

If you’re die hard, you can play the market too by finding items going low and sell high.

Level said character while playing the market.

Get it to X level for crafting/farming.

“Profit.”

Or you could just grind out one character and be smart about what you buy vs what you sell, and not worry about crafting which is what many people say is best.

Sorc1-Necro2 is the best moneymaker at Dina Bee farm. lol

60k-120k/hour depend on how many macro/auto-potter there
