General kCBT3 Changes - Summary

Updated to the current patch version (21/09/2015). Please check it out here. Changes to skills include: Archer skill 'Oblique Shot' is now a Circle 1 skill. (Previously C2) Archer skill 'Kneeling Shot' is now a Circle 2 skill. (Previously C1) Check the patch notes for any lesser changes to skills. (i.e. Damage increases.)
