Or at least let us use lower levelled weapons as skins for higher level ones, there are so many cool low level weapons that I’d love to be able to use on my endgame gear

Weapon reskinning should be a general game feature, not a character skill, and DEFINITELY not one as limited as it is. Other MMOs that are MUCH MORE focused on PvP (like, you know… Guild Wars) allow for full, unrestricted weapon skin changes (within the same type, of course), I don’t see why this is not a thing in TOS, specially since they’ve already done this for armor, with costumes being a separate thing, and whatnot (which I also believe should have no class restrictions whatsoever, but that’s another issue).
I mean, hey, being a Monk, I shouldn’t have a weapon to begin with. So if I’m FORCED to still use one, at least lemme choose how the darn thing looks, no?
