Thanks for the update. I think I’m going to change from 32bits Win7 to 64, it seems that the RAM is definetly the problem.
Yet I hope devs come up with a solution for people who can’t do that and make the game playable for people with 2gb of RAM.
Thanks for the info, after I read this I think that RAM is definitely the problem also using win 7 32 bit. with 2gb ram. hope they can fix this.

I hope this gets fixed soon. 
And one more thing… I play Dota 2 with high video settings on this computer, it runs fine. But my games are not that fine though. 
Oh God they need to fix it next maintenance, it’s so annoying to play it right now.
I have the same issue. Strange to see that i had to search a lot on the forums to find that post. It really seems that it is just a few who have this problem.
I already reinstalled the C++ libraries, reinstalled the game, tried without the addons, nothing worked.
I have a Windows 7, 32 bits, 4GB ram too. Will re-install to 64 bits and see if it worked. I’ll post after it.

Use it on your own risk.
You guys need to have 4gb RAM though
Sometimes it happens and I have the last version of Visual C++ and DirectX
Also I have Windows 7 with 4GB RAM and 1 GB Video card.

I already have that version. I have 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2015 from Windows Update.
Unfortunately you’ll need more RAM, 4gb or more.
The game wasn’t optimized to run at low specs like that.
Video card doesn’t seem to matter though.
Did you ever tried consulting to Google? Lots of possible solutions out there.
SOLVED!!
I just reinstalled windows, now with 64 bits, and it worked. Played 6 hours straight, teleporting on various maps, including crowded ones, and no pink screens.
Just want to remember that I have 4GB ram, dont know if it will work with 2GB ram.

I have all the versions from 2008 to 2015 x86 and x64 because im a developer and this bug is really annoying me.
So, Tree of Savior doesn’t work well with Windows 7 x86. That’s the answer.
