Bug Description :
i first noticed it when i was farming Panto Hons at Tenet Garden. When i realized it. i started to pay attention to the drops that everything i kill drops and noticed it often happens.
So basically, you kill a mob, it drops something and disappears with a second even if you havent looted it. It only disappears visually. meaning its still there waiting to be picked. it DOESN’T SHOW its name when you press ALT key on keyboard.
