Bug Description :

idn why, but since today i cant do the rainbow trek event because of a visual bug. The plataforms dont are not showed up and i stuck on a empty map.

I’ve tried to manage the graphic configs but it doesnt resolve
I’ve tried to log out/restart the but it didnt resolve too

Is that problem just happening with me? Is anyone having this problem?
If it is just with me, what should i do for fix this bug?

I have the same problem. Can anyone help please ? I tried reinstalled the game and still doesnt work !

I would recommend clicking the icon to take off the buff so that you can re-enter.
Does the same issue happen to any of your party members? If not…it could be a problem with your add-ons.

Does the character on your screenshot the first to run on Rainbow Trek? It only happens to me if i use my 4th character on the same team to run in Rainbow Trek.
