Anybody knows where to get this?
Probably you need to farm this item: http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/121130/ at Cranto coast, then craft it with a recipe into ITEM_20160224_009862 Vienie Twin Blade.
The recipe was added 23/06 on korea. No idea where to drop it though 
I need one for my doppel too :x
