Seems like the TOS community doesn’t care to or want to update TOSbase so we’re all blind here. I suppose this keeps marketplace prices up or something.

I am not sure but I have a distinctive feeling all of these are dropped by mobs in the level 220 zones. Just normal drops. Nothing fancy.
Problem is you need a party to kill anything in those regions as the monster damage scales insanely later on while armor and defense doesn’t.
Basically everyone is squishy as fck past level 200 and die in 5 seconds unless you’re ranged and have tons of CC.
Most Items that dont have a Droplocation noted on ToS-Base and are not the result of a recipe are found in lvl 3 chests. “Like Flaminirecipe”
Try to geturself lvl3 keys and check the chests in areas of lvl 170+
