Really interesting! Apparently the game will have some features i love from diablo like gem socketing and skill tweaking. And according to the video game content localization is right before cbt. So Hype on!

The gem socketing feature in ToS is a little different, in that gems are dropped upon death (in dungeons only, it seems). Also, the skill tweaking system is called the attribute system, and it’s a tree of buffs you can give to your skills by paying your class trainer and waiting a period of real-world time.

but the sad thing i can say is we will be separated by ip block since its already clear that Indonesia got its own local pub so our got blocked playing with steam as i stated in the other thread 
IP block is not the problem.
The real problem is how to run VPN + Steam + ToS together without issue.
I feel bad for anyone got IP block from their region.
They will have local servers. Support on their native language, cash shop on their own currency, no lag, etc. I dont feel bad for them. We will all have ToS eventually.

I know that. It’s the people who want to play international version i’m saying. There’s a petition against IP blocking for a reason.
I dont like IP blocking, but I think its the best way to populate a local server. If there was no IP block I think most people would go to the “popular” servers despite their local publisher advantages. It also should “help” to manage overpopulation.
I hope all servers go well and that would help to eliminate IP blocking. People should be able to choose were to play 
i just can’t forget the bad experince playing the game i get destroyed by the publisher…
i do hope both dev and pub consistent with their statement in point 1 to do their best making our experience as good as possible.

and let them do their job so before we play CBTand OBTto the game they maximize the editing for the bugs and other issue

Well I guess the IP block will be lifted when the game shuts down, and if gemscool is worthy of its fame, then the service won’t last long with this kind of publisher.
Then again depending on the type of IP block, some players may be able to get into the international server without much issue.
