I believe most of the top guilds on iToS servers already realised how to hunt renewed World Bosses who became pretty strong. But I think there are also lot’s of people who’s struggling with this new content.
Here is a video showing how to efficiently hunt World Bosses as a guild. This strategy will help your guild to secure the WB Rank with several parties, if done right. Video is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Well, the main part of the strategy is actually the character I am playing with
Try paying attention to what I am doing and how it affects the whole guild
All I see is a leecher.
Let’s dissect what you do in the video:
- You put Shield Charge skill. Goody good, it can protect guild mates by giving them shield based on their 65% of their hp. Up to 9 people can get it even you’re not pt mates as long you are guild mates.
- You cast Non-Invasive Area skill. A skill that can block 30% of magic dmg. Marnox is a patk type of boss, it will be only useful to the flying bosses like rexi,mirtis,helga and nuale. I don’t see any reason why you need to use it.
- You cast Buff Share skill. It acts like a spiritual chain of linker skill but in a wide range. Again, I don’t see any reason why you need to use it, your pt already got a linker. Or maybe you are casting buff share and non-invasive skill just to make you look like you are doing something in the video.
First of all you should explain to people the skills of templar and how can it be useful this wb scenario no? Not just like putting up a video about templar and showing off its might without people knowing its skills. Actually, you’re pt is capable enough to survive and get a rank. You could have just used another dps to be more helpful in securing rank 1. Or make your templar a dps.

Useless, the true way to secure a wb is get 15xbiterenga cards 4 sups and one crono Just that gives enough damage to secure the first place
He is doing it because there are two more partys with guildmembers, don’t you see they sharing maxed EinSof to everyone?

Biteregina’s or Druid Transform Poison isn’t % dmg anymore, this doesn’t work on w.boss.
since the wb patch its working i notice because it was the only 777.777 damage that i can see when i farm some boss also i get rank 2 alone.

Druids poison was nerfed but biteruga is 0,01% of targets hp… So, cap dmg on wb.
You play as Templar but still dont know how his skills work, apparentely.
You are completely wrong about Shield Charge and Buff Share. RTFM.
Or at least read the skills description.
But I guess you are too ignorant to do it, so:
- Shield Charge gives your guildmates a shield made of % of Templar’s HP. If you’d watched this video closely, you’d see x9 shield on lots of ppl. That’s because they got a shield from a ~1m HP Templar.
- Buff Share shares buffs among the whole guild, not only your party. LV17 Ein Soif to the whole guild. Yes, plz.
It’s not about my party only - I can even go WB without pt (what I do sometimes), to help the whole guild. In our guild 3-4 parties get stable rank on every WB. If you have only one pt and hoard DPS in it, while leeching others heal - sure, that’s a way. But for guilds with 25-30 active ppl who actually care about everyone getting cubes - that’s ideal strat.

Maybe that works on dead servers with no people, on SEA 150+ ppl are hitting WB with bit cards, and poison refreshes every 0,1 second - almost impossoble to get a proc => pretty useless.
On SA server it’s almost all the time 1 or 2 Parties
But there can only be 100 ppl on a channel

Obviously that was an exaggeration 
Evening, boss hunting online is on it’s peak. Our 3 parties got rank, including R1
Zero casualties in process.

Yes the very important thing is do not die DPS
sometime a 300K Hp maybe get 1 hit KO easily
so shiled charge is so ops for this case + einsof
and also buff shareing guild thats mean you wll have all buff in the wolrd

and other leech party support to do

Nothing is to question about the benefit of templar3, that’s why several guilds already have separated dedicated templar3 in their guild and using Templar in mega WB way before this video. The points ppl are criticizing about this are
1/ basically the guy just post a video without any explanation in the beginning, and this is supposed to be a guide to the not so experience players? Also he acted in the way like his whole guild and pt owed him the rank and he is the MVP or something while barely touching the boss. A better Templar for sure can deal dps while givng the same amount of support. And main dps in his guild and party are very capable players with all trans7 amour set with skills in wb. They have been competing in wb and getting rank way way before there is a Templar in the team formation.
2/ Some people are mentioning about biter card which is a true meta in wb right now. What you want is the ability to survive, and deal as many multi hits as possible to trigger that effect. Almost every one is using it right now for a reason. Sure it means there are competitions and that’s why you need the ability to constantly spam multi hits to override other ppl’s poison. It is far from useless, in fact it’s crucial, 1 or 2 proc every 10-12s is a massive help. And not just on the actual dps gained, but also denying other pt’s proc from it means better chance for your team to get rank.
3/ If you gotta use a pure support character IN A PARTY that can’t deal any dps at all. Rather use a cleric. Don’t even tell me Templar or any other class can compete cleric in that department party wise. Even a pure tank priest3-orcale-kaabai3 can provide way better utility and still can spam massive amount of multi hits over the course of a wb hunt. The usually R1party WB in SEA, also the first few people who got legend card in SEA, they use a kabbai3 not Templar, and many ppl here proble know who she is.
4/ And before anyone start jumping in arguing for the sake of argument. Let me repeat that I acknowledge the usefulness of a Templar. In a non-party set up, if you are really that selfless expect not to be in any party, just to participate and buff to your guild. You really distinguish yourself. But if you are IN A PARTY, a better Templar support and deal DPS both.
To conclude, the lack of explanation and no-dps dealing are the part that ppl are questioning about, not the potential application of a templar3. If you bother to post a video and write a “how to” post, bother to do it fully not half heartedly. It can be very misleading for new player or ppl not experienced enough. Mega WB hunt is the most competitive and cut throat feature right now in the game. It required lots of investment and preparation if you want to get rank consistently, consistently get r1 is another level, but just consistently get rank is already serious enough. I’m sure a lot new players watching this may get the impression like this is a quick and easy guide to get rank. Spent times lvl up a new templar3, then realize their whole guild or pt still don’t have enough dps, then heart-broken and all sort of other dramas.

so you make this post to place your selve but if your mats are like the 150/100 players per channel, 2 of your 3 partys have a cubes and 3of thats partys are from your guild so your guild gets almost 6 cubes, congrats. but nobody caress i get 20 cubes with my guild before this game chill out. but we never cares. and if you want to keep that cubes just get a loot of biterenga put 3 cleric with chaplain 1 crono and maybe 1 dps per party and its done. renew the debuff each tima that your parti can and get thats cubes.

Im telling that we get 15-20 from 25 possible cubes everytime thanks to this strategy. You blabbing about biterenga shows that you have no clue about how this card works or you are playing on server where nobody hunts WB at all.

Sorry, Im used to more serious and experienced gaming community, where it’s enough to post a video for people to see and analyze themselves the information presented. Kids nowadays are too lazy and want everything to be chewed and put into their mouth. I prefer people to actually train their brain cells - and anyone who is adequately familiar with ToS mechanis can actually get all the info just by watching this vid, without me telling everything step by step. At least I’ve thought so. But, apparentely not, and that’s real a shame.

It’s not a meta, just a hype. I’ve alredy explained it several times - poison procs spread so widely between people fighting boss, that it’s almost have no any viable impact on the outcome. On SEA you will be lucky if you get the prioc 5-6 times during boss times, because literally everyone now have these cards - and poison is being rewrite constantly. But if you have only 5 ppl killing WB - yeah, its a legit strat, just like Tipio was for many months.

Read the headline again please - it’s a guild-oriented support. If you have to chose between cleric for one party or templar for 2-4 parties, it is not even a question. 10/10 times you must use templar for the guild. You don’t need revive and heal, if all your guild has 100% uptimes lv17 Ein Soif and your main DPS will have 1m+ HP shield. In this video I had a slot in a pt, so I joined. Many other times I just go without pt to help other 2-4 parties. Being or not in the party is not the point here, really.
Headline of this video should be a clear indication, that it is not a new players oriented strategy. As much as new WB content is not a new players oriented too. Its for veteran players, who already comprehend this game’s mechanics. I doubt anyone can be misleaded by this video. And in the opening post I clearly underlined, that

Maybe I’m not experienced enough in wb as well but so far I’m telling you what works for me as for all the mega wb I joined so far I got rank in a public pt, and I’m a healer dps using bitter card. I can see how frequent it actually proc and I’m saying from a player who is an actual dps not “I think” point of view.
