[Video Evidence] Crosscut debuff does scale according to both skill level and physical attack

A lot of people were saying that crosscut debuff does not scale according to skill level, so this is a test I just did. Video shows it all.

Not sure if it was worth that 88TP for the skill reset though…
I’m not likely to respond to any messages as I seldom check official forums.

The question is: It worths 10 points?

Still worth only 1 point though :joy:

still only need to use it for the bleed debuff to double the damage of skyliner… Bleed damage of Skyliner scales not so good

9 points for extra 200 damage, making it 400 on max attribute…

Yes, not worth expending that much points.

Thank you for the test case, I now know how to distribute my HL2 skill points now

Enhance attribute doesn’t even work on that cause it’s a debuff LOL.

If that’s the case it makes leveling the skill less tempting than it already is.

Attribute won’t work

and OP could have tested it with divine might. This is old info tbh lol

Lets not forget that bleed damage is pierce. Pierce buffs/debuff skills (Crossguard) increases its damage even more. Though most of you are right that it is not worth the 10 points, unless you have a specific build that would benefit from it (Fencer perhaps?).

Now we can have bleeding on plant monster, but hl3 still suck =.=

hl 3 is amazing

why you think it sucks? >_>

Skull Swing is phenomenal for Fencer3s

Highlander c3 has a lot of bursts but like 15 seconds ++ of downtime lmao as compared to barb c3.

Tried searching forum and google but no one said anything about this and when I asked a few people directly everyone said different things.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Because it isn’t Peltasta. Haa!!!
