VGA error, I can't use the chat!

Date and Time: Same date that I’m posting this.

Team Name: PolarBearTeam

Character Name: MeibaMessy

Bug Description : Every time I click on the chat icons the game shows VGA error. Besides that, I can’t even use the chat because the messages just don’t appear to me at all!
I don’t know what to do, I tried reinstall the game but the error persists.
I’m not using any addon.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Click on chat icons.

I think this isn’t necessary because it is just a vga error like the others, the problem here is that I can’t use my chat!

Hello @brendaribeiroleal95,

First of all, could I ask if you are using any addons? A few addons have been known to cause the issue you’ve mentioned after the update on April 25th, 2017.

If you aren’t using addons, could I ask if you have tried to verify your game file integrity via Steam?

I have the same bug, what can I do to fix this?

I did the verify, everytime it shows and repair 3 files. The bug persists. Re-installing the game didnt work as well.

Bug Description :
Everytime I try to scroll the chat or click in the chat icons the game crashes.

Dunno if this helps but there’s a 1 hour difference in my time (Brazil) and the game server. (here was 2am and game server was 1am)

PS. Closing every other program running (on windows) made the “chat scroll crash” not happen, but clicking at the chat buttons still crashed. Also the chat was weird when I enabled shout again (image inc)
