It’s not VGA error, really. I’ll explain to you.
I have some pirated software on my PC, whenever I launch it, use it, etc… ToS wouldn’t launch for me.
Of course there could be VGA issue, perhaps drivers?
But I’d say that you should look into the programs running in your background and stuff you have installed on your PC. There could be a process causing this error.
