I just bought veterans pack in SEA just now… Steam library shows i bought already. But in game mail box i never receive!? How come? Someone help me check? I am playing in Telslai SEA server.

You just bought, did you check the purchase stats on Steam? I bet it still pendent, until it says ok or failed the pack wont go to your account.
