We often hear about players opening the cubes with rerolling twice to speed up the whole thing.
In the past I needed 3 cubes to have only 1 fragment, so if you are unlucky it can takes 6 months doing that way or 6 weeks average to get 27 fragments.
It’s the 5th weapon I crafted I needed an average 12 cubes, I waited Laetitia to buy re open cube from market 7 millions min.
5 weapons at an average of 12 cubes each means 2.25 fragments per cube. That’s like 0.75 fragments per opening, which is similar to what I estimate in my mind.
I had similar luck with raid portal stones the last couple weeks after promising to sell someone gloves. I had no issues getting my own set and even an alt set very quickly, but for some reason I got nothing but raid portal stones on 3 chars for like 2 weeks straight–with rerolls. I was stuck at 11 fragments on 3 chars.

is there any other way to anvil? hitting the goddamn rng-vil 3 times is the only way, repeat until your finances drop to a point where you regret everything you’ve done. rituals are for pussies who are just playing themselves.
get 2/5 weapons +16 its a huge luck I dont know how he even don’t try to make 1 over 21. always when I refine I got 2 or 3 fails in arrow and my weapon dies.
I definitely need the recipe on how to enchant stuff like this… always using regular an-viles doesn’t work for me

At least I didn’t have the bug where you cannot re open cubes.
I see people selling reopen vouchers for 9 mil while the cost of reopening is 8.3 mil. Do they really think they’ll sell those at that price? 
But yes, those are some really expensive raid portal stones you got there…
I take the lazy route and I havent rerolled a single velco cube.
I have a pair of gloves and boots, and im about 6 fragments away from pants and armor, lol

Why keep upgrading with regular anvils?
Because only people that invested a fortune in real cash or exploited the pokemon event have Diamond Anvils now…

Having to run Velcoffer raid so many times just to get your reward ruined by this BS system is heart breaking.
If I had +16 Velcoffer weapon myself, I wouldn’t even dare trying to enchant it further, even if the weapon had some pot left after socketing. It’s already a miracle to get it to +16…
