If i take the armor from [Blacksmith] Teliavelis, he will take my soul fragments? (i have 13)
And, this armor can be transcend or enhanced?

Fodska, no, quest rewards its quest reward, can be echanced and transcended but not tradable at all, even team storage, best what you can do is dismantle for extra fragments or legendary jewel

No he will not take your fragments. The equip can be ehanced and transcended but untradable. It is a good temporary equip while you farm to get all full set, and lastly you can break it for 2 fragments IIRC.

Do you think its worth for me transcend and enhance just a little this armor just for more defence?
I mean, my actual armor sucks, and on velcoffer i die on the boss every run…
And you know, velcoffer parts are late game stuff, so i dont need to sell it to soon…
do it if u spare money\bg
otherwise primus better, u can sell if u got better gear
