Bug Description :
After getting killed by mobs (yeah, it happens from time to time) all the NPC gone. There’s a blue banner shown on the minimap yet no NPC there and nothing triggers the quest again. All other NPC are gone. Unable to proceed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. It is a part of a stage quest. It happened when killed by mobs during the defence of the Necromant (don’t remember the name).
