Is varena server located in SEA or US? I notice the server time is set at US time and ping still at 200ms up. It should be 60 to 120 ms if server location within SEA. Hope for response from TOS staff
im from philippines and normal ping for sea server like dota 2 is around 70 ms
I play in Telsiai and connected thru globe boradband. My ping is 60-80ms. May be you use PLDT. It is known that PLDT has bad connection to IMC sea server.
Sky Broadband user here. my usual ping at Varena is around 15-20 ms, depending on channel traffic.
if it gets bad, i end up getting 100-300ms.
oh, there’s maintenance today so if you get disconnected, wait until 5PM or so.
and yeah… avoid PLDT at all costs. i switched from them due to how horrible they are.

Heard your country’s PLDT subscribers get bad routing to singapore servers:
before may 18 i think i am having a constant 200ms latency and then pldt fcked up and made my connection outside PH become 200 even the usual 60ms connection like dota 2
i complained that connection outside PH are stable yet giving off high latency specifically South East Asian Servers.
keep calling them that the issue is not connection between PH Servers or IP Address but from PH to Foreign Country Servers (SG). after 12 days of constant calling (1-2 call a day depending if they texted me that the issue is fixed yet its not) and even messaged their facebook page so they know that i am not joking.
do that and they might help you solve it after half a month because i dont really know if they are smart or just simply reading a scripted message and not understanding the complaint. after 3 days they went from “we can’t change your ip address because it is dynamic/static (forgot about it)” to “it is outside our jurisdiction blah blah blah” next one they tried fixing it on their end thinking it is a connection problem inside the country but failed. after 8 calls they finally know what the problem after i keep saying it over and over again.
i cant call them sh*t tard or anything since it really wont solve anything so i did it by calling them repeatedly

dunno 'bout you but i had bad experience with PLDT way back then, hence the switch i made. but Sky also slows down every now and then. but not as bad as PLDT.
most of the time, i get to play just fine.
