When I try to connect to Varena server a pop up message comes in saying " Telsiai server is restricted for new players" is this a bug?? I already tried many times.
please help.

I was able to connect to other servers other than the ones that are restricted like Telsiai though…

Same Here… Im trying to log in to Varena but is saying Telsia is restricted.
And here I was thinking of playing in the early mornings to avoid the lag from the crowded server. Sigh…
i can access to varena becoz im also a telsiai user…i think there is some bugged system
Please fix this issue. It has been on going for hours now. Verena players cannot access Varena because for some reason the system thinks were trying to log into the other SEA server. This is just unnacceptable and no news or announcement from the game devs or team???

Paying users who started off in Telsiai has no problem accessing both server, my friend confirmed it for me.
However f2p players, how started off in Varena now canot access any of it…
Hope this problem ends soon, or did anyone have any form of update regarding this issue from the team?..

Yep, same issue. That restriction was coded wrong.
I guess they are prioritizing non-F2P players for access. Guess I’ll just have to pay for that $10 pass, if its still available.
